Anyone have the ACG Tallac Clima Fit jacket?

Got one headed my way to match my Mean Green Revaderchi Premiums and was wondering if there were any opinions out there?

I think it's more of a lightweight rain jacket. Not so much for warmth. I tried one on and thought it was nice but didn't want to play full price forit. Seemed like a decent jacket though....s long as you aren't expecting it to be warm.
