Anyone here CrossFit?

i'm getting bored with my same ol gym, workouts. there's a CrossFit gym here in Louisville, $100 a month, tho.

The NYC Crossfit gave out a free one-day trial/seminar thing and I was lucky enough to go. It's friggin' ridiculous. If I had the time, i'd try itout for a month. The trainer, Gillian something, has a CRAZY upper body. Friggin' ridiculous.
