Met this lady at Starbucks, I'm 19, she's 33 (tech writer for Microsoft). We exchange numbers, we go out to eat at cheesecake factory the next day, she pays and we smash at her crib the same night. 2 days pass and she calls me up to go shopping with her. She's buying expensive *** **** ex. Gucci purses, coach wallets and she forces me to pick out some items I want (no matter the price). I pick up out some Dre beats, Couple shirts, a fitted hat, and some penny 1/2 cents. Girl whipped out the card like it was nothing and paid for all of it. Felt a little uncomfortable during the process of me picking up the items but she told me I'll pay her back in another way. (winks) g Anyways this goes on for months and she's paying big things for me like college tuition and what not. Everything is going good and were smashing on the regular. Then she hits me out of the blue some months into the ''relationship'' to come meet her at some restaurant in the city and we have a serious talk. She say's that she has meet someone else that was a lot older and more financially set then me. (remember I'm only 19) So she tells me that this is the last time we'll ever see each other and I'm all like butt hurt because I was enjoying all of this. ha-ha She tells me I'm young and I'll find someone else better then her. So we finish up eating, head to the parking lot and I try to get some action before we leave. I take her to my car and she domes me up. Call it a last request. lol Greatest thing to happen to me since High School commencement.

Been there. Was an awful idea....

Made me incredibly lazy, give up on school, stop working.

Chick would pay for literally everything, didn't drink much but would get me liquored up nearly every night cause we'd go at it for literally hours

She'd buy me into poker games at the casino for $500 or more on almost a nightly basis - it actually affected my poker game in a negative way cause I'd take more chances and risk. The first month I loved it, lived at her place, drove her car, ate out every night, gambled.

After a month or so I started getting tired of it though...my body couldn't keep up with it...I slowly tried distancing myself and actually met a great girl that I damn near fell in love with - she was really into me too - but my "suga mamma" found out and put me through a crazy guilt trip. I genuinely felt bad that I was hanging out with this new girl and just completely stopped talking to her :/

Stayed with the sugar mamma for damn near a year until I was so down on myself and bored that I had to break it off. Lost a lot of friends during that time too, still trying to repair a lot of relationships with some of them actually.

So yeah in the end it seems great, but no man should get involved in a relationship like that...hurts your pride man

Agree 100 with jhawk when he said these chicks do it for the sex. Sex wasn't even enjoyable for me after a month or two...at first I thought I was the luckiest man on earth...then I was like "meh"...it became a chore in a way which is lame as hell. Felt like I had to satisfy her because of how much $ she'd spend on me.

Thats why I stopped talking to the girl I was much more interested in. Sugar mamma freaked out with that "after everything I've done for you?!?! All the money I've been spending on you?!?!"

Nah we were both 21, she/her fam just had $$$$ and she had her own place....actually she may have been 20 when we first started I forget

And I posted it to explain how bad of a decision it was so people could potentially learn from it...95% of the replies in this thread are people idolizing those with sugar mammas or wishing they had one and I was sitting here like so had to share my experience, I thought it was real

I think you misread it illphil...no doubt it was some ridiculous **** on my part, just had to learn from it and get my mind right - things have been great for me ever since I smartened up and got away from that so in a way I cant regret it - I was immature as f back then
