Anyone here have a problem w/ checking E-mail every 2 seconds?

2 seconds is an exaggeration. But I check way too often. Hoping for an acceptance letter, news from professors, or changes that my differ my situation! I just can't stop checking. 
Oh, I don't have email on my phone.

That's why I like the Google Talk application - it tells me if I have anything unread in my gmail.

dont need to. My blackberry lets me know whenever i get a new e-mail

Don't think it's a problem, but I do constantly refresh it when I'm expecting something.
