its ok i use it at times when im in public like a plane or something agreed its just a quick 5 minute buzz

...seen a special on it last night. the guy they profiled LOVED it. done it while running and while working out at the gym.

tried it when drinking heavily and through up. gummed it and everything was spinning really fast. will not use again.

It's good only when you can't dip, which if you're like me in the height of my usage, meant very few occasions. Cut that stuff out for the most part. Still indulge every now and again.In other words I would not start were I you. Smokeless tobacco is much harder to kick than cigs.

I only use it on planes when I can't get my nicotine fix. It works though. Not my cup of tea.
