Anyone know how to readjust plastic glass frames?

Cliff notes -
I noticed my glasses don't fit me properly (slide down and alot if I go running)
Does anyone know how to adjust plastic frame glasses?
I'd prefer not having to make a trip to my optometrist

just got a lenscrafters or something....they'll adjust it for free

but if you're lazy..
use a hair dryer.. or hot water


ps. get a 2ndary pair if you need to wear them to see when you go run..or take your older pair's frame...and have the lenses replaced with your new script

Glasses are suppose to slide down every now and then.

And yes I would suggest going to an optometrist, they actually have a machine to do it.

I tried to do it myself and the result was not good. I took it to the opt to have him fixed it after that.
