Anyone know of any hair gels/pomades/waxes without any shine at all?

Right now I'm using Gatsby Moving Rubber and American Crew Fiber. Both of these are labeled as having matte finishes, but yet again I'm left with that greasy Ronaldo hair

As a solution I wipe my hair down with a towel to remove the greasy look. This works but adds an extra 5 minutes to fixing my hair, which is valuable time when I'm getting ready for work (I wake up as late as possible

). I need something that's genuinely natural looking yet moderately strong at the same time. Please don't suggest Axe products; they give me the matte finish I want, but my hair is too stubborn for that kind of product. Any suggestions? If it matters I have extremely straight hair

now THAT'S funny.  I don't think i've seen it done before.  Very original.
OP to answer your question I use american crew defining paste.  medium hold, low shine.

What's your hairstyle? I have super stubborn straight thick asian hair and I've gone through dozens of products looking for the right product that works well with my hair. My hair looks like this guy's:

This is the first time I've had medium length hair and I've finally gotten used to styling it. My favorite products so far with a natural finish are
Jonathan Dirt Texturizing Paste:

Bumble & Bumble Sumotech:

and
Billy Jealousy:

Alfaparf Uomo Matte Paste:

baxter clay pomade, bro. I expect a handwritten thank you note in my inbox. Later homeboy.

krazyg, my hair style kinda like  this (I only spike the front, but it ends up looking like a fauxhawk anyways because of the way my hair grows). My hair is really stubborn and "fine" so it's hard to find hair products that work well.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions though, I'm gonna look for the cheapest one and start trying them out

Have used this when my hair was shorter. Good product. I would recommend that one too OP.

I use the Axe Whatever, it's a small black container with the yellow label "Messy look Paste". I have that same hairstyle and it works like a charm.

American Crew forming cream is the best stuff I've found. No shine, not as sticky as the fiber, solid hold.

krazyg, I have the same annoying Asian hair as you do.  I'll try out the stuff you recommended.
I currently use American Crew pomade but I hate how shiny it is and it's expensive.  My hair is pretty long now and I usually push it back so I need something with a strong hold.

got2beglue doesn't have any shine and has a really strong hold. I have tough hair and these help me out a lot.
