Anyone know where I can find the Lerbon VIII "Pre-Heat"/"South Beach" in a size 4

I remember these dropped back in Oct/Nov only in Miami...then there was a general release, etc, etc.  Then they release them in kids sizes....in-any-event....I'm looking for a size 4.  Could someone perhaps more knowledgeable then myself point me in the right direction (PLEASE)
