depends on the management, most CAN hire you if you have a record, but it all depends on who's doing the hiring

depends on the job and the felonies and/or misdemeanors you have.

i know my boy got a felony for cc fraud, so he is not going to be able to get any jobs that deals with retail or money handling. he is stuck doing securityjobs now. he was top sellers at the companies he was with, until he got caught slipping at circuit city

Explain the situation to the person interviewing you, some great words and positive energy and talk will get you far.

Like you can say, it was the biggest mistake of your life and you were young, etc...and talk positive about yourself and what uve done to improve yourself

To the young nters, dont do something dumb to ruin your future, think twice even if youre not an adult.
you see in the news minors get charged as adults when a death occurs, being with the wrong crowd will get you nowhere.
