Anyone use a Roku?

They got a hulu plus deal going on right now. I'm already subscribed to Netflix, Amazon, and HBOgo, so i'll be able to watch everything on this thing.

I have both a Roku and an Apple TV.


I currently have the Roku with me (since my folks took the Apple TV ) and use it for the NBA LP and Hulu. both are very nice devices for the purposes they serve.

I had one of them bad boys running while I was w/o cable for a while...it's a great substitute.

No, but I bought one for my Mom for Christmas. She only uses it for Netflix and it works great. Simple interface, as reliable as your internet and Netflix/streaming services are.. so no complaints at all.

I have one, said it had Youtube but it doesn't so I don't use it.

My mom uses it for netflix every night and stays up till like 3am

I have apple TV and all I use it for is Netflix and streaming my movies from iTunes.


Hulu+ is a joke! I thought that for paying a monthly fee they would get rid of the damn commercials.

I think they're worth it if you don't have cable.

I use a WD Live TV Box.........same concept......only do Hulu on it. Best decision ever......not wasting time/money on **** cable shows.
