Anyone use sneaker shields?

Been thinking about getting these, but I'm not sure. So far I've just been using force fields, and I guess they work fine, no creased shoes but I still have to walk a bit weird in them. If anyone has used these in 4's, 12s, or 11s let me know how they work, and if they're worth investing in over a regular pair of force fields.
