The last week or so I been waking up with the left side of my face and neck in pain, and this morning I finally figured out that I am sleeping with my jaw clenched.  I read up on it and the suggestion is for a dental mouthpiece, but for $$ reasons I cant do a dental one rt now.  Would I be straight just wearing a shockdoctor from sports authority when I go to sleep?
