For personal bankers its around $17-$20 an hour not including quarterly bonuses. The job is demanding in terms of sales on a daily basis, but if you like thatenvironment go for it. It's a good job with good benefits and some opportunities for growth like series 7 and 66 licensing or moving yourself up intocorporate. As for the negativity towards the pay, it'll happen anywhere. Just like any job, its what you make of it that matters.

I used to work for wells Fargo like 3 years back. I started as a teller and was offered the PB position but opted for CSSR cuz the sales goals are morerealistic. I have not met a PB at wells Fargo that has not done unethical things to meet their sales goals and one that has not lost sleep because of trying tomeet those goals. Pay is good but for the stress not worth it.

But if you don't smash a chick during the orientation, something is wrong with you.
