Apple tech heads I need your help

My 80gb ipod classic has died on me. It restarts by itself and I've looked everywhere to try and fix it. I've put it in disk mode and nothing, when I try to reformat it, it gives me the 1439 error code.
So the question is, since it's out of warranty, where's a site I can get it fixed at?

i got my ipod fixed at the mall because my warranty was out too.. i paid 65 plus tax for new headphone jack... The place is called Street Talk. it took 3 days to get it back
