nothing. their iphones macbooks ect is a combination of other companies technology and they put them all in one device. They are no different from dell andhp.
the real technology leaders today are for example intel ibm texas instrument and ect. apple must have the rights to use other companies technology, they cantmake it happen out of thin air.
what apple does have are exceptional designs but that is completely different from technology.

Well not really. As much as I'm not an Apple fanboy, they do put out good stuff. And.. An Apple Console would probably go after the casual gamer and go upagainst the Nintendo Wii. At least that'd be my guess.

No, Apple would be best served not jumping into the video game market.
The amount of consoles the market has been able to support successfully has been three.
Ever since the rebirth of the industry after the E.T. crash, three has been the balanced number.
And while Apple does have a whole lot of cash, a new system would eat into it's revenues for years to come, due to the immediate losses one takes as anewcomer establishing a reputable brand, as Microsoft is still proving today.
