I have a 3rd gen itouch, can I drag and drop music onto it? In Windows all it shows me from the apple ipod icon when I connect it via usb are pictures that are on it. How do I go about accessing the music files?

Its been a no go so far, my computer is only viewing it as a camera. MM doesn't see it connected.
