Looks legit. For future reference some of the main ways to tell if Jordan 8s are fake are

- Looking at the embroidery on the tongues, fake pairs have a sloopy furriness look and feel. The jumpman is also usually undefined within the space of the sphere on fake pairs

- The AIR JORDAN sign on the tab on a lot of replicas have big lettering that take up a lot of space

- The paint on the midsole also usually looks sloopy on fake pairs, but you have to be careful about that because jordan brand sometimes messes up the paint on authentic pairs
 
With 8's, as far as men's sizes go, should all have the same exact design pattern on the plastic tabs on the outer and inner part of the shoes. They should all be exactly the same on the pattern on the soles too. The carpet material around the jumpmen on the tongue should also look defined. These are 100% legit Aqua 8's. You're good to go.
 
IMO, 2007 aqua 8's are the most comfortable Jordan release and they fit true to size. The more recent 8's now don't fit as good. That actually goes for most retros now.. It's a damn shame.
 
These are not the 2007 Aqua 8 releases you're probably referring to. These are aqua 8.0. Completely different. If they're at Ross they're authentic just probably b-grade quality.
