Are Footlockers closing House of Hoops locations and re-opening as simply Footlocker?

I've noticed here in the Los Angeles area that a few stores that used to be a House of Hoops are closing and re-opening as a traditional Footlocker. Does anyone know why or if this is happening in other areas as well?

I saw Glendale closed.

West Covina closed their HOH as well. Looks like it's being replaced with a Kid's Foot Locker. Foot Locker probably over saturated the market with it. Removed the specialness that it had in the early years. And also, the basketball category isn't hot enough to really warrant having a huge chunk of stores dedicated just to Nike Basketball.
