Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but are these going to crumble on me? I don't mind the cracks on the leather, but that foam that's chipped off is worrying me. What do you guys think? Thanks for the help!

Those most likely will crumble, the fact that the leather has cracked like that tells me the shoes have dried out. And if the midsole is dry it will turn to dust if you try to wear them.
