seems like it,

reports shows lately that at nike contracted factories they now have 24hr cameras & securities... i dont think theyre doing 3rd shifts in those factories making 100k 45 sample concords

 workers had to hide shoes/parts in their clothes just to smuggle it outside or throw it over the fence... (shoe parts/shoe making parts are important to replicators esp if it havent released yet)

contracted factories can easily be controlled by nike, but many different sub-contractors those who supply the raw materials are not as easily controlled & some would do third shifts then supply materials to the replica factories to make hq fakes
