Home "Finals" - I don't think I need to explain... just look at it.
Red Road - Lettering looks off, and you can see the Bulls logo on the back underneath the neck, which was not added to the Bulls uniform until 2004. (Nike hadalready stopped making NBA jerseys for over a year when the Bulls logo on the back was added)
Red Road Rookie - Actually doesn't look too bad from what I can see of it, other than the wrong material being used.
Black Road Pinstripe - Lettering looks way off
I'm also willing to bet that if you ask your friend if there are the "8403" tags underneath the size jock tag, the answer will be no.
adidas "Soul" jerseys:
Barkley - Never manufactured.
Magic - Numbering is done wrong; there's not supposed to be white filled in the middle of the "3". Another obvious sign is that"Lakers" is not slanted upwards to the right. (See photo of real here:

Hakeem - Lettering looks off
There are an abundance of fake swingman jerseys on ebay right now, the majority located in Asia and have a BIN of around $40.00, offering you the jersey in anysize you want. I wouldn't be surprised if your friend bought all of his jerseys from one of these sellers.
