I use the breathing one. 4/7/8
Inhale 4 seconds
Hold 7
Exhale 8.
Do it until you can’t no more. Do it for 3-5 min and watch how different you breath. You breathing the same as you would when you sleep. Don’t talk or anything. Just do that and lay there and you’ll breath like you asleep.
Before you do that, learn how to relax your muscles. From head to toe. Start with face, go to neck, and keep going down til you reach your knees, than calves, than ankle, then toes.
Instantly knocked out.
If that don’t work, than stop you need to meditate more. Know how to clear your mind, to think about nothing.
