- National Academy of Sports and Medicine CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist)
- 6+ years experience including exclusive training with 15+ Professional Athletes (NFL, MLB, PGA) as well as D1 athletes.

- Experience at three different commercial gyms with the most recent being Equinox, now working strictly independently.

trying to lose some weight

lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks just jogging and eating right/not drinking alcohol, but its starting to drive me nuts. I need to lose 7 more pounds to be at the perfect weight for my height.

what can i do to speed up the process?

I have an exercise bike in my apartment, would that help much? ive heard the bike doesn't do much. Is jogging the best wway to lose it?

also will doing sit ups hurt the process?

im basically just trying to get rid of a little beer gut

Do you ever lie to your clients and tell em they're doing great when you just want to get over it?
 
I want the perfect phsyique but dont want to put in the hard work to get it. What supplements do you recommend?

Trying to get into law enforcement. Beginner runner a month ago. Ran 6 miles non stop this week. Any advice to improve my running?
 
What in your opinion is the one most overrated exercise in the weight room? Underrated?
 
What's the fine line between trying to bulk up but also running to be on the treadmill consistently? Not that they necessarily HURT one another, but don't they contradict one another if you run too much?
 
what are some workout routines that would improve overall athleticism/explosion?
