This company flat out sucks. My phone bill is $100 a month and I barely use anything because of iMessage and I tried lowering my plan but it was already the lowest I could make it smh. They also owe me a refund of $500 for a deposit I made when I first created my plan and its been over a month and I still don't have my money. needless to say when my contract is done I'm going somewhere else.

They have the best service really. But their plans do suck though, I got at least 7,000 rollover minutes that expire every month, I only use like 100 out of my 700 minutes every month. I have the grandfathered unlimited data plan for $30 so I am afraid to leave.

T-Mobile is cheaper in some ways but you cant get full service in some places where AT&T can.

Crooks straight crooks.... I had SOOOOO many problems with them taking money from my account but claiming they never received a payment. I had all my records proving the money was withdrawn by ATT and even had my bank contact them and all they could say is "If you did pay it must be lost in our system, would you like to pay again to restore service and if we "find" your payment we will apply it to your next months bill"

Terribly company with terrible customer service. Never will I ever use their services again.

If you don't really use their services, why do you have them then?

I dont use their services, I fired them in 2009 after the second time they "lost" a payment.

I it like this if you need best service Verizon only if you want a cheap bill and don't travel and it works by you tmobile. Sprint and AT&T are garbage

i have Sprint now and is THEEEE Worst company, but yet I stay cause im under a Employee Advantage Club Plan. I basically get everything for 50 a month.

I WORK for ATT and have T-Mobile ...

What that tell you?
Your not smart. Better service plus don't employes get free phones. Plus your bill is like 30 bucks a month.

verizon>>>>> AT&T>t mobile>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>sprint

But with them for 10 years (cingular) and i've never had a problem with them.

i have verizon n i dont rly have a problem with them besides them making me get a new data plan even tho ive had them since 2006 smh

Wrong. AT&T Employee phone benefits suck balls. I used to work for them. Now I work for T-Mobile and lets just say I pay almost nothing for service each month, though we have to purchase phones.

If you're not getting a discount on your bill you're doing it wrong

After my contract was up I bounced to Straight Talk. My phone bill was cut in half and now I have unlimited everything, which I didn't while I was with AT&T. The best part of it is Straight Talk uses AT&T's towers, so my service is still great.

have a seat my g. You're embarrassing yourself

I don't get the Sprint hate :lol the ONLY place on campus my friends w/ Verizon and ATT get service and I have to rely on wi-fi is the basement of the main building we have classes. I'd never go to ATT just b/c of the outrageous prices, all I did when I wanted more on my plan like 4 yrs ago was call up Sprint, say I'm switching to Verizon and voila...customer retention services took care of me and I get unlimited evvvverything, I'm on a plan w/ my parents still and we all have unlimited talk, text, internet, etc. and the bill is like 130 for 3 smartphones. Even when we had to go out of the country my ATT friends were using my phone to call home b/c I was paying virtually nothing per minute compared to them for "international calling"

My roommate has T-mobile and can't even get 1 bar in our apartment at school :{. The only company I'd ever switch to is Verizon because they seem to be the best overall service/phone combination but the low prices on Sprint will probably keep me here. Not about that data cap life.

Then don't use them and quit your crying. Used this before but it works here too, "Jordan brand quality sucks!" **said the boy in line for the next space jam release**

I pay $70 for unlimited Internet (even tho it's throttled), damn near unlimited minutes, and unlimited text so why would I leave.. And to top it off I had my service cut yesterday while in class so went to the AT&T store to handle it. I pretty much walked out being credited $80 just because : )
