AT&T Upgrade question

Hey guys, I was wondering if it's at all possible to upgrade your phone at an AT&T store without the actual account holder? I need a new phone and momdukes is out of town. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've made changes to the account without the account holder being present..

Prob gonna ask you for the SSN of the account holder, password, address, name.

When you go up there they will call the account holder So then you can get the upgrade...

If you go to an AT&T store in Cali you do need the account holder present to upgrade because they have to sign the contract but if you have them call 611and make you an authorized user you can upgrade the phone by yourself. At least in Cali it's like that.
