attn:Computer/software/microsoft heads HELP NEEDED

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 that I got last year. My wireless settings died on me last week. By that I mean I get nothing, it can't even find networks. I can only connect by using an ethernet cable.

Dell offered me a software warranty for 200 and felt they could fix the problem but I feel its a ripoff, especially when they didn't offer the bs warranty when I purchased.

Please help if you have knowledge regarding a solution.

Had the same problem with my HP TX2000.

My WiFi card wasn't working anymore after 1.5 yrs. Had to buy a USB-WiFi  antenna. It sucks, but it's a $25 solution to my problem.
