Attractions/Things to do in LA?

A group of friends and myself, are flying out to LA to pretty much have some fun. If you guys can contribute anything as far as attractions, theme parks, beaches, malls, clubs, or anything. Please feel free to input some "must do" things out here in LA. We're pretty much willing to travel wherever we gotta go. So far, this is what we have stored..

Theme Parks:
-Knotts Berry Farm
-Six Flags
-California Adventure
-Universal
-Disneyland

Attractions: A bit stuck on this one.
-Saddle Ranch
-Hollywood
-The Block
-Santa Monica

Beaches:
Venice Beach
Huntington Beach
Laguna Beach

you can visit redondo beach and manhattan beach b/c they're pretty close to one another...but don't waste your time at california adventure. The park is lame.
