These are fake the swoosh looks awkward and the tag has the wrong font size

Try to get a return on these. Where did you cop them?

I got them on eBay . So I guess I literally wasted my money ):

No you can get file a return case and claim the item is not authentic. Ebay will force the buyer to give you your money back and the buyer pays for return shipping.

I believe the time frame is 45 days though

Yeah very obvious fakes.
