Avatar Gif Question

How do I use a gif in my avatar? When I try to upload the gif to my Yuku profile (so that I can update my avatar), it goes through the process, but at the endthe gif isn't actually uploaded. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the .gif isn't too big if you're gonna use it as your avatar.

It's within the Yuku limit (actual size is 300x450). Oh well, maybe like the other poster said, it takes a while to actually appear.
