Generally, that's a caching issue.
Web browsers store local copies of commonly accessed images to reduce load times. This local copy is what needs updating, not the image stored on the Yuku server. You can manually clear your browser's cache via settings, or you can wait for it to refresh on its own.

I should add that our file size limit for avatars is 150,000 bytes. The Dirk image you have up now is more than twice that. You'll need to replace it with a smaller image ASAP.[/font]
