Look up the "Free Flexor" I made a thread about it a few weeks ago but it got locked in less than 10 min. 

Im pretty sure the mods thought it was a parody commercial of the ShakeWeight, but it is a 100% real work-out invention. These commercials actually play on TV, it is not a joke.
