Reading this it's very hard for me to believe that there is no cure for AIDS/HIV. The child received treatment and then is miraculously cured? I'm no FutureMD but cmon man. That said I hope they continue to make strides at curing this disease, team raw honestly feels too damn good for them not to come up with something

LOL I don't think people realize the life span of people living with HIV in this country is only like 5-7 years shorter than average. HIV is no longer a death sentence as long as you take your meds religiously. I can't speak for people in third world countries tho.

I'm no doctor, but this seems to just outline a new method for treating babies born with HIV using pre-existing treatment options. It's not a new "cure".
