my girl bought a platform from ikea and i kicked the !*%% out the sides with my shins + got a giant gash on the side of my leg from scraping the corner.  looks like the one you're getting is rounded out on the corners so you wouldnt have to worry about that.

No, rails are still green.  It's on my list to have a painter come in and do all of the metal in the apartment to a gunmetal color, but I have to budget everything out.  It will be done eventually.

There were a few smudges on the bed after I finished putting it together.  I used regular Footlocker sneaker cleaner, and it cleaned it right up.

i NEED something to cover my wires. My TV is mounted but cant drill behind the wall because it's above the fireplace... any suggestions?

I don't know what your wall looks like but home depot sells paintable wire conduit. I used it at my old apartment and it looks ok if you paint it. It will hide it a little better than nothing.

Man, I'm literally in love with 4wrestling's place. Minus the green hand rails

but gunmetal will look good.


Besides the shoes boxes (we all struggle with that), I feel sorry for the pillow on the new bed haha. It looks so lonely
