I'd look into an electric mower, if you don't have a large lawn or any crazy slope.

No fuel, no maintenance, just charge it and go.

Thinking of going with simplisafe for camera and alarm.

I have a Schlage Connect and it’s great
Can be used with Apple HomeKit or with a $60 adapter to make it WiFi /smartphone accessible. Feels great to not have to have keys

its not a good idea to put a tv above a fireplace because it will be bad for your neck but many people do this because they think thats the best place to put a tv
