Balance Bracelets... anyone have one?

I just bought an Energy Armour balance bracelet... im just curious to see if anyone else has one, and what their experiences with it have been like - i.e. any noticeable differences in sleeping habits, aches, pains, energy levels, etc...

Didn't the company make a statement to the press saying that it didn't work?
What is even in the band that makes it worth $30?

i have a REAL power balance bracelet. when i wear it to play basketball i seem to play better with it on, SERIOUSLY
