just got one as a pet.. what is the best way to keep the smelliness down and are they worth having as pets in the long run?

After a while, they get dull to have as a pet. I've had one for the last 4 years. Only so many times you'll get excited seeing it strangle and consume mice.
But then the day comes where the mice fights back
. It was pretty intense but Emma pulled through and demolished it.

naw had to sell him, moved to Japan and couldn't bring him... thinking about buying one while I'm out here. He was a coo pet
