I want to pick up a pair of the Anniversaries to ball in. Any reviews?

Thanks in advance.

aren't the soles too heavy for balling?

they're actually decent to ball in.

better than the 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 for actual balling IMO.

Thanks for the input guys.

If I put in an insole would these be good to ball in? The ankle support seems good and the traction looks ok.

I used to play in my 2004 pair, and they werent bad, but the CD pair was TERRIBLE. so if these are exactly like the CD just in a different colorway, dont waste the paper.

Why not get a new basketball shoe with new technology instead of a basketball shoe from the 80's?

They are very light and soft on the inside but the sole is super flat and not much cushioning when coming down. I wouldn't recommend it when there's so many great ballin' shoes out right now with today's technology.

their pretty comfy for such an outdated sneaker...its not totally out of the question to ball in them....i played in them in 2004 too and i would still play ball in them now
