smh at his elbow broke the glass....looks like dude was forced into the glass to me and then put his hand out to slow the impact. dude was off the train whenasked to, all the officer had to do was put him to the ground and throw the cuffs on.

last i read they were transferring the case to another county because he couldnt get a fair trial. I was going to make a revist post about itbecause I think it deserves more attention, but I didn't have time. So maybe one of yall can do it?

It has been moved to LA, but the LA court docket is so filled they don't foresee it beginning any time soon.

I'd imagine Raines will raise that issue as a part of "...being entitled to a fair and speedy trail".
