No, I'm excited. Always.

Santana, Sizemore and Cabrera returning to good health; Choo continuing to establish himself; Carmona maintaining his talent; a potentially really good bullpen coming together; Chisenhall, Kipnis, Pomeranz, White, Hagadone, Knapp, etc. developing further; a great draft...

This should be the last season of basing success on how well prospects we traded stars for play. Assuming the expected progress from a lot of these guys is made, and the idea that the willingness to spend a little bit of money next winter is true, 2012 will prove to be a much more optimistic time around here.
That hat is nice...

  but we still run Ohio.

The best thing that happened in Houston was that the Astros just installed the 4th largest hi def video board in the league. Get some.

So no contract for Pujols...this is not a good sign, seems like he won't be a Cardinal after the season ends...so now...where does he possibly go?

Yankees and Red Sox are out.

- I feel like the Mets won't give him the proper $
- Would the Dodgers give him the $? Based on recent history the Dodgers don't seem to keen on getting prime talent
- Cubs?
- Orioles?
- San Fran?

Unless we're fast tracked for a new ownership group, it's wishful thinking
