Basketball players, how do you guys play with ankle braces?

I sprained my ankle yesterday and I bought a Mueller brace for stabilization.  Problem is that when I put my brace on my Lebron 9's are so tight and they bulk out.  Any suggestions?  This is what I bought.

I have both the ASO and the McDavids braces. There are some shoes that won't fit the braces well. Right now, i wear CP3.V and KD4 and the braces fit well.

ASO has always been the best for me. Good stabilization without all that padding so it can fit in your shoe.

I don't recommend wearing any sort of brace(s) long term as your muscles/connective tissues get used to the support and begin to weaken.

I can't do it. I play now with a knee brace and I hate it so much but it's needed. Ankle tape it the way to go but not really for casual balling tho. Just wear high cut shoes and your good.
