This seriously needs to come to a stop, in this year I have lost 4 friends already and 2 of them just died today ON MOTHERS DAY.

What was the motive for those killings in Hayward? Just random acts of violence? I don't really stay too in tuned with the news and didn't really know this was a bad year as far as violence is concerned.
