Had an argument today at the gym, player dribbles into a hop step, comes to a complete stop with 2 feet, then takes a pivot.  Im under the impression that u cannot move either foot after a hop step. I call travel, they say its not.

Tie ball, one of the dudes held up yells first...another dude comes in (on dude who yelled first) team and takes ball.

Everyone argues saying shoot for it, so dude on other team just grabs ball and shoots it...then the other team says he couldn't shoot for it cuz he wasnt part of it...

So the 2 dudes jump for the ball...

What would ur rules be in this situation??

I always play it's whoever yells first, first...if not then alternate from who started with the ball.

quick bball question,

if someone passes you the ball but you don't catch it and gain any possession (like you bobbled the pass) and it hits the floor, can you grab the ball and start dribbling?
