anyone know where i can buy a spare cable that connects to the headphones and phone/ipod? mine ripped and i need a new one but cant find them anywhere.

they will send you a new one if you call them but any cord from best buy should work

i already called them after it ripped, they said i need a receipt to get one and return the old one a long with it. i dont have a receipt.

. You can get any audio cable though, it just won't be the one it came with.

said the same thing to me...and i just sent them without a receipt and they sent me a brand new pair in box...but they do come with 2 cords

Yea my red one ripped real bad so I use the black one, but its cool since i have an iphone, but I want a red one for backup. Do you just mail it in to them? I threw my receipt away.
