if you are allergic to specific detergent wash your linen with hot water no soap.  if thats too much that i would recommend wearing sweats to sleep or something warm and use less sheet.
This is just plain wrong. In fact, you should completely disregard everything this person has posted.

From the sounds of it, it is possible that you have bed bugs but it sounds very unlikely. A thorough search of your bedding should reveal some sign of their presence, likely blood stains from their excrement. Also, your symptoms are inconsistent with bed bug bites...

If its bed bugs, the best solution is to get professional help.

My old apartment, i got the bed bugs, and the the professionals came, they said i had to throw all my furniture in the room away because they might still be in the furniture even after the house bombing and they are even clothes or anything with wood, He told me i had to wash my all my clothes with cold water and then he bombed my house..never saw them critters again. but they are the worse, they only come out at night or in very dark places.

well I def don't have any bites, so I guess bed bugs is out of the question. *WHEW!* and now that I think about it, when the itching first started it would kick in after I showered when my skin dried up. and I started using a new soap recently (Dial) . I've used it in the past because my dad uses that soap, so every once in a while I'll just borrow a bar from him whenever I run out of my own soap. but one day my dad bought an extra pack of Dial and gave it to me, so I've been using that for like the past month. perhaps I'm allergic to Dial soap??

This could very well be it. Me and my sisters have bad reactions to dial soap. One of them recently started to use it again because it slipped her mind and she almost instantly broke out with rashes. So I would say stop using that.

lets just say i work somewhere that has me well educated in this subject so....bed bugs only come out in the dark so u cant ever really see them, plus they dont just stay on ur sheets they can be on ur mattress too or if u have an egg carton thing they can be there too.
