Im starting classes for accounting in june and want to get a head start on the material. Anyone got any books I can read instead of "accounting for dummies"

False.
Intro accounting are weed-out classes. If you go to a school with a good accounting program financial accounting will be difficult.

The subject matter is not difficult but remembering and applying all the rules correctly is.

i would just get an intro accounting book and read it if you really want to get a jumpstart on the concepts.

Ah, intro classes....I miss those, how easy they truly were in hindsight.

Just pick up Intermeidate Acct 1 by Wiley or whatever and start reading, it's still basic.
