Spenco PolySorb Cross Trainer Insoles
Been using them for about 4-5 years and I've gone through 2-3 pairs during that time period. They last a long time and are extremely comfortable. A little bulky, but for me that just filled up some extra empty space in my shoes. I highly recommend them.
