BEST kneepad 4 BALLING

I have been having some tenderness and pains along the sides of my patella. What are some good kneepads or braces would you recommend for playing basketball in? 
I do not like open patella sleeves, they make the pains worse. I prefer a sleeve type over velcro straps.

But naw, if its your patella hurting; grab yourself knee straps. But if you don't like the velcro, go with the old school knee braces with the hole in the middle, that should do the trick.
