Hey NT, I need some help. I'm big on hard liquor and would like to think I'm knowledgeable in that department but when it comes to champagne and wine,I'm clueless. What's the best wine for a decent price? Thanks in advance.

depends on what you are going to eat with it if anything. you should just try a bunch or go to a local wine store and ask. the local wines here (in ontario)are really good I find, so you could just try some local stuff. I also like wine from australia.

wine is a personal thing, everyone prefers different wines. Some cheap wines taste better than expensive wines and vice versa. You're gonna have to go outand sample different wines, smell the wines before you drink it and acquire your own tastes to see what you like. Don't be afraid to try new stuff, thatswhat half the fun of drinking wine is, plus once you get a feel for what you like, you can impress the ladies

Regardless, different wines go with different foods. It also depends on your tastes, sweet versus tart. Etcetera. And of course what's available where youare. We've got some good wines down here, but ya'll probably don't have access to it.

You'll just have to start experimenting. There is no "best" wine...

The Domaine Romanée-Conti gets a good name. Hard to come by though as they only make about 600 cases a year - and it's about $12k a bottle.

not really a fan of wine...

. BUT most of the folks I know prefer a redwine. Any merlot really, but then again, they love anything with alcohol. The best I've ever tasted was a sparkling wine. I forget the brand but thetype is Asti. It's sweet. It's kinda like an alcoholic sprite.

Oh yea, and my friend just introduced me to Kinsen Plum wine. I was kinda =/ at first, but once I tried it, it was hella good.

I think DESSERT wine are the best bet for folks who don't drink it often. It'll get ur taste buds used to it I guess.

idk but moscato is really good to sip on

but usually i just enjoy some of that champagne if i go that route. I <3 me some champagne
