i called HOH also today and the person on the phone told me they werent getting me which i highly doubt because they are advertising the shoes on the footlocker website.....I guess they are lying to customers in hopes to not have 30000 people waiting in line.

my friend that works at hoh told me they are not getting these. but the employees in hoh are known to lie at customers so they would buy them or have them in layaway

Just wait and see if these show up on Craigslist or E-bay, and someone in MD is selling them with a HOH receipt.

I believe it some what b/c to cliam that the entire shipment was lost is taking a BIG chance & no matter how much they could get from selling them it would not cover a salary. I could see maybe keeping a few pair, but I do not think anyone would be that stupid to jack the entire shipment. That would def get back to corporate.
