I am proud to say that this is the Best Buy down the road from my house... not sure if it is cultural thing, maybe even due to supply/demand numbers, or even socioeconomic status... but seeing THAT over all these other videos makes me feel proud (especially since I am a teacher here and would like to think that I play some part in that, at least for the future)

doubt it has anything to do with the culture, maybe there's just not enough people to create a "mob" like here in the us?

i'It has nothing to do with culture or anything.

I've worked at Best Buy for way too long now and every year our lines have always been like that when we open the doors. 

Let the first 25 in then let the next etc etc. 

Tickets are already given out so there is no need to rush through the door when you have 4 or 5 hours to pick up your ticketed item.

All the other chaos you see has to do with stores not prepping well enough.
